On Tuesday, September 8th, at 2 o’clock A.M., Roxanna Jolley, the beloved wife of William S. Jolley, departed this life. She was the beloved mother of ten children, all who lived to mourn their loss. The funeral services was held at John Wesley M.E. Church, Thursday at 2 P.M. Remains were buried at Mt. Auburn Cemetery.

 

A loving one from us has gone,

The voice we love is still;

A place is vacant in our home,

That never can be filled.
