Funeral Of A B. And O. Cook.
 
The funeral of Geo. E. Diggs, colored, cook in the employ of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, on the Chicago Division, took place yesterday from his late home, 327 South Howard street.
 
Rev. Ernest Lyon, pastor of John Wesley Methodist Episcopal Church, officiated, assisted by Rev. L. R. Beckett and Thos. I. Hall, exalted high priest of the Galilean Fishermen. The pallbearers were William Lewis, Charles Jarman, John Kinney, James Punker and Stephen Myers. Representatives were present from the Baltimore and Ohio Relief Association, Baltimore and Ohio Porter's Association, the Christian Endeavor Society and the Young Men's Christian Association. Interment was at Sharp Street Cemetery. Samuel W. Chase had charge of the funeral.
